Virginia Man Gets $212 Million in Botox Lawsuit

Last week, a federal judge ordered Allegran, a California Health Care Company to pay $ 12 million in compensatory damages and $200 million in punitive damages to Douglas Ray. Ray, 67, was injected with Botox in 2007 to treat his hand tremors. Several days later, Ray noticed a rash and soon fell ill to a fever.
