Heimanson & Wolf Resolves Rollover Car Accident Case

While on his way home from the airport, our client was broadsided by another vehicle in Long Beach. The impact from the collision caused our client’s vehicle to spin out of control and roll onto its side. The Long Beach Fire Department responded to the scene and pulled our client from the vehicle. He was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Fortunate to escape with his life, our client suffered serious injuries to his neck and low back. He has undergone lumbar sympathetic blocks and pain management to control the pain. We resolved the case by collecting the full amount of the other driver’s insurance policy and an additional sum under our client’s own underinsured motorist coverage. We were successful in resolving the case against both carriers without filing suit.
