JUSTIN BIEBER PUMMELED HIS EX-BODYGUARD, LAWSUIT CLAIMS
Entertainment website The Wrap published an article on Jan. 10, 2013 about a lawsuit Heimanson & Wolf recently filed against Justin Bieber on behalf of the pop star’s former bodyguard. The suit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, accuses Bieber of launching an “abusive tirade” against former bodyguard Moshe Benabou during which Bieber repeatedly punched him. Benabou was ultimately fired.
In his suit Benabou also alleges that he was denied overtime and other benefits despite often working 14 to 18 hour days, seven days a week between March 2011 and October 2012. Benabou is seeking $421,261 in wages and other benefits owed to him but is also asking for additional damages for the assault claims.
