While walking his dogs on a public street, two large Tibetan Mastiffs, being walked without their leash, charged our client’s dogs. In the scuffle, the Mastiffs knocked our client to the ground, causing a torn rotator cuff. The Mastiff owner’s insurance company settled the case for $250,000.
